VAT ID, YES OR NO?
Ok, so I just contacted this site (VATGLOBAL) and hopefully, they will assist me on this issue. I'm not sure whether having one or not will effect my store tremendously. But it's better to provide a VAT identification if I'm by the means. soon to be updated...................... I entered in google "GST Id number" and this came up Yea, there's no way my store will be receiving over 60k in 12 months. It's a small business and I doubt I'd want to go through all that trouble for the little money I'm receiving. To be taxed 15% is just too much. I d have to increase the price of my products which I believe will affect my store negatively. I know for sure that it will chase customers away. But I have noticed that Etsy is charging my VAT even though I do not have a VAT ID? I need to research on that................
